HOW TO PAY - YOUR STORE PURCHASE

1. YOUR SHOPPING CART: When you click on a bead image from the store gallery page you will be taken to a page with the beads description. At the bottom of the page there is an "add to cart" button. Click this button and it will take you to your shopping cart. There you choose the quantity you would like and click the "continue shopping" button or the "check out" button. Click continue shopping each time you add an item to your cart. When you are done shopping click the "check out" button.

2. CHECK OUT: The "check out" button on your shopping cart page leads you to a page where you choose your payment method and enter in your shipping information. After you are done entering you information click on the "confirm order" button.

3. SUMMARY PAGE: Your summary page shows your entire order including shipping (and shipping discount if purchasing multiple items). To change your order click: Edit Order. After reviewing your order click the "Confirm Order" button. If you go back and shop some more your items will still be in your shopping cart but you will have to enter the check out information again. It is a shortcoming of the merchant software.

4. CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT PAGE: After you click the confirm order button you are taken to your "confirmation page". You can pay directly from this page. You are also sent an email with your order information.

PayPal Payments: There is a "PAY NOW" link at the top of each confirmation page that takes you directly to the secure payment page on the PayPal site. All of your order information and totals will be there. You do not need to wait for anything else in order to pay. You will be sent a PayPal receipt immediately upon payment.

Money Orders: If you specified you would be paying by money order the confirmation page will say that. Money order purchases are held 14 days in wait of payment. After that time stock cannot be guaranteed. If we receive your money order after 14 days and the item you want is not in stock we simply send back you money order.

PAYMENTS TERMS

An invoice is sent at the close of each purchase that includes all your items. I accept payments made by PayPal or Money Orders/Cashier Checks.  No personal checks please. Aa reminder invoice will be sent after five days if a payment has not been received. I am very flexible within reason.

PayPal: I prefer Payments made by PayPal! PayPal email address must match the email address you won the auction under. If not let me know immediately so I can record your payment.

Money Orders / Cashiers Checks are accepted upon Email request. PLEASE have shipping address, auction description & item number on your check. Not doing so can result in serious delays to shipping. Please complete the Vendio Check Out you will receive in your email. It makes things better :)

Wholesale inquiries are welcome. There is a new, lower wholsale minimum of $50 and a minimum quantity of 100 of any one item. Larger volumes are available. Reseller's license, Tax ID or Proof of business operation is required. Once approved you will be sent via email a wholesale kit and pricelist. Email me or send a message to begin setting up your wholesale account.

Purchases are shipped on Mondays and Fridays via USPS and USPS Priority. Completing my ETSY  Checkout to record your shipping information and requests can REALLY speed up the shipping process and is recommended. If you do not receive your item within 10 days let me know. I use a Delivery Confirmatio to track and verify that the item is not arrived. Insurance is optional though recommended. Seller is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.

I use new bubble envelopes and priority boxes to ship in with the item/s wrapped well in bubble wrap. For larger orders I usually use a Priority Mail box packed with bubble wrap. The edges of envelopes and boxes are taped to ensure secure travel.

There are sales where shipping is free, this will auto-magically happen upon check out. If it doesnt please let me know ASAP to take care of it for you.

REFUNDS: Beads and Bead sites should be a win-win for everyone and above all FUN. If you receive an item and it clearly does not meet the description I will refund the entire purchase amount if notified within 10 days of shipment. Items that are listed as is, craft lots, vintage findings or for repair lots are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are processed when the returned item is received.

ORDER ERRORS: I take extra care to ensure your order arrived to you complete, quickly and safe. If you do receive a wrong item or if an item is missing from your order please send an email immediately. You will immediately be sent the missing item or a replacement. If the item is out of stock you will be sent a refund. You will need to send the item in error back or purchase it after you receive your replacement if you want to keep it.

EMAILS: Email are answered after 6pm every week day. Email from AOL sometimes have problems so if you do not get a response please resend or try a different address. You can also leave me a message using my ETSY Conversation or Message Center at my STORE MESSAGE CENTER.

Emails with attachments will not be opened unless we have had previous correspondence and an attachment is expected. White Owl Designs saves all email received and sent for three months.

NEWSLETTER: The White Owl Designs Newsletter is sent out once a month to those who have signed up to the mailing list and to our preferred customers. The newsletter contains special sale information, coupon codes, sale heads up, preffered discout sales, bead thoughts, advice on beading, selling and more. Auctions alerts are short emails that let you know when special auctions will be listed.
